You can load more than 5 hours of videos onto the video book. However, the length of the video(s) is truly limited by the 8GB of internal memory.

We recommend videos up to 15 minutes in length for the best experience. There should be plenty of memory for your wedding highlight films or any other short form videos.

The battery lasts for about 2.5 hours. It can last on standby for about 6 months on a full charge. Our Video Books are shipped partially charged so a full charge is recommended before enjoying your video book.

It charges with a standard Type C cable which is supplied. simply plug the included USB cable into an outlet adapter or right into a computer. Wait 30-60 minutes and the book will be fully charged.

You can organize the videos on video books and have them play in a certain order by simply renaming and adding a number before each file. Files starting with the lowest number will always play first followed by the next videos. You can also organize the videos using an alphanumeric order.

Yes. Simply press and hold the “fast forward” button and the video will start fast forwarding. Pressing the fast forward button once will simply skip to the next video on the device. 

Sure! You can load photos and MP3 audio files onto the video album just as easily as loading videos. Enjoy a slideshow of photos with background music playing. The volume of the music can be adjusted using the volume control buttons.

Our video book default startup volume can be adjusted as desired, and it features a memory function. Once the volume is adjusted and the volume bar automatically disappears from the screen, the video book will remember this volume setting. The next time you turn it on, it will use the memorized volume.

No! Sourcingbay video books start playing your video(s) and/or photo(s) the moment the cover is opened. The books do not need to be initially charged or interfaced with technology in any way. Just like opening the cover of a book, everyone can watch the sourcingbay video book -- no need for the Internet or WiFi connections to enjoy.

Yes! Our video books are designed to be loaded by our customers, and even rebuilt later. This process requires the connecting of your book to your computer's USB port, using the cord we ship with every purchase.

Currently, we can customize video book screens ranging from 2.4 inches to 10 inches. Simply send us your requirements via email to oem@sourcingbay.com, and we will tailor-make one for you.

Our video books are a custom product made just for your recipient, which limits our ability to provide a refund on delivered orders. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us and we will make it right. We will also happily replace any book that has technical issues. Please contact us at help@sourcingbay.com to receive return authorization.

It is very important you inspect your order upon arrival. In the very rare situation where your order would arrive damaged, Sourcingbay will replace the item or, in the event a replacement is not available, issue a full refund. We do kindly ask that you inspect all shipments with 3 business days of arriving. All damages must be reported to Sourcingbay within 3 business days in order to qualify for a refund or replacement: help@sourcingbay.com. If an item is found damaged, please retain all packaging.

We guarantee the quality of our products and want you to be happy with them. All our products come with a 6-month warranty for any defects in materials or craftsmanship. This warranty starts when you buy the product and can't be given to someone else.

If you think your product is faulty, let us know right away. We'll check it out and see if it's covered by the warranty. If it is, we'll fix or replace it for free.

But please note, the warranty doesn't cover things like normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or neglect, or accidents. And you'll need to cover the cost of sending the product back to us.
